Hi!, Not to be rude or anything, What race are you and your tips are really helping me!Please Make more Episodes please?

Hi! Thanks for inquiring about this video. The black and white puppy that you see in the video is an Old English Shepdog puppy.

What breed is that dog????

That’s a funny dog.

video quality isnt so good = I

omg so does mine, I always have to tie my hair up when i want to carry her for awhile…

I would take care of the dog biting and eating everything ASAP. Like what was said when that dog gets bigger it’ll be a pain in the butt to correct.

Treat training might work for some I’m just saying that I have never used it at my kennel or with any of my personal dogs. If that’s how you want to train your dog then so be it. But, to me treat training puts the dog on the same level as you and ALL dogs are pack animals, so they need a alpha dog.

1:30 is sooo funny! =D

You really should correct that. I know it sounds harsh, but if you don’t correct it early on, they will do it when they are full grown and that’s NOT so cute.

my labrador puppy is insane she loves to bite shoes, clothes, including my hair

not all dogs respond the same way

sometimes you could ask it to do something and it would just turn around and leave

labs. tend to be easier to train with positive reinforcement but as i said before not all dogs are the same

grapes can be toxic to dogs

I’m a professional retriever trainer and have never used treats. People should use positive reinforcement for training instead of treats.

Well, as long as my vet doesn’t have a problem with what I am doing, I am fine. I think I’ll follow his lead, sorry.

Of course they will tell us to use treats, they are trying to advertise their products!

good point!. And if You are going to use treats then try to make them healthy like carrots or grapes. My dogs get 1 greenie treat a day to keep their teeth healthy. praise has been the best training reward I have ever used.

i agree. praise and authority are definitetly the key to training and NO has always worked well for me and my dogs. don’t agree with this treating every time they get something right. treats should be treats not bribes for good baheviour.

i agree. i mean it works for some people, but i think dogs really value your praise and acceptance. however, we had a pup once who just didn’t give a crap about what we said. he thought we were neat but he was independent and didn’t respond well to praise. we were missing critical training time so we used a combination of praise and treats until he learned to really love us and respect us and want our praise.

If you constantly reward a dog (or puppy) with treats, they will expect them and wil only perform a comand for a treat. You should start by teaching your dog its name, and then follow it by a comand. Reward your dog with praise, especially for good behavior. They shouldn’t expect to be given extra food for behaving nicely

that doesnt always god video

Stupid. You want to rely on your love, leadership, praise and technique and not constantly bribing a dog with treats. And what’s wrong with saying, NO instead of Eh-eh. Doesn’t NO comes naturally to everyone? Type in Kevin Salem to see some real stuff.
